The Tower

“The Tower” tells the story of young city dwellers who struggle between the need for closeness and the fear of losing their independence. The film follows several thirty-year-olds – apparently successful in their careers and social lives – who, despite their achievements, are unable to form lasting relationships. Their attempts to connect with others often end in withdrawal, as the fear of being hurt outweighs the desire for love. A bitter reflection on the loneliness hidden beneath the mask of false confidence and the fast pace of urban life.
